Our exciting visit was carefully planned to link with several areas of our curriculum, giving the children the opportunity to bring their learning to life in a fun, engaging and memorable environment.

Throughout the day, children took part in a range of activities and experiences, including:

• Miniland – the children explored famous landmarks from around the world, revisiting their geography learning and comparing these global locations with our own local area in Oxfordshire.
• Kingdom of the Pharaohs – linked to our history topic on Ancient Egypt, where the children observed architecture, statues and cultural design to inspire their own creative work.
• Lego Models, Statues and Figurines – supported our Design and Technology learning, as the children gathered ideas and inspiration for designing and creating their own ancient historical structures and figures, including building with Lego.
• Driving School (Electric Cars) – provided a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with previous learning about transport, engineering and electric vehicles.
• Building Opportunities Across the Park – encouraged creativity, problem-solving and teamwork, all key skills we continue to develop in the classroom.

It was a wonderful day of discovery, creativity and hands-on learning, and the children represented the school brilliantly.
