    A gallery session with Sapphire Class gave everyone the opportunity to proudly showcase their creations and admire the fantastic effort and creativity of their friends.The children’s dedication to their homework has been incredibly impressive – their boats were absolutely AMAZING!

    Design and Technology has been great fun this term. The children thoroughly enjoyed designing and making their brilliant Arctic creatures using recyclable materials.

    Their teamwork, determination and creativity have been extremely impressive. They supported one another throughout the process and produced some outstanding and imaginative designs.

    The letter highlights the strong progress made by our disadvantaged pupils and confirms that their achievements are above national averages. This is a significant recognition of the hard work, dedication and commitment shown by our pupils, staff and wider school community.

    The Secretary of State also acknowledged the positive impact of high expectations, effective teaching and the inclusive support we provide to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.

    In the Oxford Mail’s latest rankings of Oxford primary schools based on pupil SATs performance, local schools are compared according to their Key Stage 2 results, offering insight into academic attainment across the city. We are delighted to share that Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School achieved the second-best SATs results in Oxford, placing it among the very top performing primaries in the area and a real standout in the latest league tables. This excellent outcome highlights the dedication and hard work of both pupils and staff, and we congratulate the whole school community on this achievement.
