    Sapphire class had a fantastic visit to the JR Hospital, where the children took part in a first aid training session. They learned important life-saving skills, including what to do in an emergency and how CPR helps keep oxygen flowing to the brain and body.

  • Super Soup Taste Test! 🥣😄

    Aqua took part in DT soup taste testing this afternoon and had great fun! We spent time looking at, smelling, tasting and evaluating a range of different vegetable soups. The children were very brave when trying them, and some even discovered that they actually liked them!

    It was really interesting to find out that some children had never tasted soup before, so this was a brand-new experience. They were fantastic at identifying the main vegetables in each soup, and some children were even able to name several of the ingredients correctly.

    A fun (and tasty!) afternoon of learning!

  • A Fantastic Author Visit Today 📔

    This morning we had a fantastic visit from the wonderful author M. G. Leonard! She brought great energy and enthusiasm as she shared her experiences as a writer and spoke about her brilliant books. The children were extremely well behaved, asked thoughtful questions, and were very excited to hear about the stories and characters she has created.

    It was a truly inspiring session that sparked lots of interest in reading and writing. A huge thank you to M. G. Leonard for such an engaging and memorable visit!

    We had a truly fantastic day! The children were brilliant throughout and participated enthusiastically in every activity. Their attitude and behaviour were exemplary, and several members of staff commented on how impressive they were.

    Aqua class loved their trip to Pizza Express and really impressed the staff with their amazing cooking skills possibly the best class pizzas they’ve seen!
