The School’s Admission Number for our Reception Class for the school year beginning in 2024-2025 is 45.
If the number of applications exceeds the admission number, the school governors will give priority to applications in accordance with the criteria listed in the policy.

In-Year Admissions
Applying for a Place during the School Year
You can apply for a place at Our Lady's Catholic Primary School at any time outside the normal admissions round. Where places are available, your child will be offered a place.
Where places are available but the number of applications exceeds availability, the published oversubscription criteria (outlined in the 2024/2025 admission arrangements) will be applied.

We strongly recommend that parents read the admission arrangements carefully before applying.
If no places are available, your child will be placed on the waiting list. Further details will be included in the outcome letter sent by the school. Please refer to the admission arrangements for more information.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application in writing from Oxfordshire County Council, this can take up to 15 days.
If your application is unsuccessful, you have the right to appeal to an independent appeal panel.
